Just about. The point is, the burden of management shifts from you to us. We collect all the rents, make all payments, send all notices, and represent you legally. We constantly do drive by inspections and schedule inspections twice a year. You will also receive Monthly Accounting Statements. Don't forget, your property management fees are tax deductible!
One of our leasing agents will show and rent your units. We have connections with marketing in the area, so if there is a vacancy, prospective tenants will know. We will give you a call once we find a qualified tenant, and let you make the final decision.
